Hello Friends,

I am unable to sign into my Netflix Account on set-top box. There may be some issue related to inactive Acccount. Please help me is anyone know this problem.

  1. Turn off or unplug your smart TV.


    Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds.


    Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.


    Turn your smart TV back on and try Netflix again.

1. Verify your email and password


2. Reset your password


3. Sign out of Netflix


4. Restart your device


5. Troubleshoot network connection issues

Reset your password by sending yourself a password reset email. If you had previously added a verified phone number to your account, you can also reset your password by text message (SMS) or phone call by clicking on forgot password and selecting text message (SMS) or voice call. If you still cannot sign in after resetting your password, continue troubleshooting below.
